Contract-to-Hire
CBI Staffing Services offers a try-before-you-hire service that allows you to try out new, full-time employees and evaluate their skills and capabilities before making a permanent hiring decision. Our Contract-to-Hire program allows clients to evaluate the performance of a new employee on a trial basis. At the same time, an IT professional is given an opportunity to examine his or her potential role within the company. Thus, both parties can determine if the skills and abilities offered by the professional fit with the business needs of the company.
Through our experience we have found that our clients typically wish to hire an individual initially brought on for a contract assignment. Another benefit to this service is typically after a contract employee works for a pre-negotiated number of hours, they are then eligible to join a client as a direct employee. |
