Account Executive

Creative Breakthroughs, Inc. is a multi-million dollar provider of information technology services located in the heart of the Troy business district. We provide computer system integration, network security and support services, consulting, staffing and training to Fortune 500 companies, mid-size businesses, and mom and pop operations. We are currently looking for one very good Account Executive who excels at closing business and brings a rolodex with them. This is a “hunter” position responsible for new client sales in small to enterprise size businesses (20-1000+ employees).

Requirements:

  • Five years of sales experience in the technology arena with recent experience selling in the Greater Detroit area.
  • Experience selling to Senior Executives and “C” level decision makers.
  • Experience selling IT services including managed IT services, network integration, systems integration, subscription software services, and IT management and support.
  • Consultative sales experience which includes probing for business impact, dealing with multiple decision makers, signing multi-year contracts, managing long sales cycles, and customizing service offerings.

Active Directory Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Provide recommendations for additional growth and expansion of the Active Directory infrastructure along with technical specifications and requirements.
  • Work with the Active Directory/Messaging team lead to develop policies, procedures, and standards related to the Active Directory infrastructure.
  • In depth knowledge on custom AD scripting/automation of routine administrative tasks through the use of utility script development and application scripting technologies (required)
  • Serves as technical resource for other server and messaging administrators.
  • Installs, configures, and trouble-shoots components of the Active Directory infrastructure
  • Windows 2003 Active Directory infrastructure design, configuration, migration, documentation, process updates, and knowledge transfer
  • Responsible for configuration and interoperability of 3rd party tools for management of AD environments (Quest), and Active Directory security policy implementations and audits
  • Responsible for Directory/LDAP integration, authentication, documentation, Active Directory change management process definitions, and the development of operational process and procedures for the Active Directory environment
  • Leads the Active Directory / Domain Controller patch management and tuning process definitions, and monitors Active Directory server performance and utilization.
  • Oversees the Active Directory Schema Management and ADAM deployment
  • Prepares technical staff and end-user training and operations documentation.
  • Provides 3rd - level support to the EIS Help Desk and Active Directory/Exchange level 2 support staff.
  • Functions as a technical resource regarding Active Directory issues to messaging administrators, programmers, web developers, network security engineers, database analysts, handheld technicians, network managers, and implementation teams.
  • Familiar with and implements policies for security and confidentiality.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required by the EIS Manager of Infrastructure Technology, Director of Technology, or CIO.

Requirements:

  • Microsoft MCSE Certification required. MCA or MCSE Messaging/Security Certification preferred.
  • BS in CS/EE or equivalent preferred, related technical training, or equivalent experience plus at least five years of hands-on experience managing a large scale enterprise Windows 2000 and/or 2003 Active Directory infrastructures.
  • Extensive knowledge of Active Directory and a thorough understanding of issues related to implementing Active Directory on large distributed production environments including administration delegation and account auto-provisioning.
  • In depth knowledge and extensive hands-on experience with GPOs.

Citrix Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and customize Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 environment to align with business user requirements including support for peripherals and complex printing configurations.
  • Install, configure, and customize Citrix Access Gateway architecture to support the Client’s remote access user community.
  • Ensure alignment with Client’s IT security policies.
  • Ensure key performance alerts and monitoring metrics are captured to ensure maximum uptime and performance.

Account Executive

We are currently looking for one very good Account Executive who excels at closing business and brings a rolodex with them. This is a “hunter” position responsible for new client sales in small to enterprise size businesses (20-1000+ employees).

Requirements:

  • Five years of sales experience in the technology arena with recent experience selling in the New Jersey area.
  • Experience selling to Senior Executives and “C” level decision makers.
  • Experience selling IT services including managed IT services, network integration, systems integration, subscription software services, and IT management and support.
  • Consultative sales experience which includes probing for business impact, dealing with multiple decision makers, signing multi-year contracts, managing long sales cycles, and customizing service offerings.
  • Technical background is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting or exceeding sales quota.
  • Identifying and qualifying customers through cold calling, leveraging personal contacts, and following up on company generated leads.
  • Personally attending network events, conferences and tradeshows to build relationships that will create new business opportunities.
  • Building trust and value with partners to develop leads.
  • Keeping your leads, opportunities and deals up-to-date with automation tools.
  • Pipeline Management – balancing sales activity for prospects to ensure consistent sales performance each month.

The compensation is a combination of base salary and commission. We offer BCBS benefits at 90 days and partial match on 401K at one year.

We specialize in computer infrastructure security and design with clients across the world. In our 16 years of business, we have developed a customer base of over 440 organizations that we service in conjunction with our partners at Symantec, Juniper, HP, IBM, Microsoft, Citrix, Fortinet, Imprivata, RSA Security, PGP and many others.

We are in need of infrastructure and security experts to join our team. Ideal candidates have their CISSP, strong firewall, router and switch skills and at least five (5) years in the field. Additional experience with Symantec security products (SSIM, ESM, AV), VERITAS, Juniper, PGP or Citrix is a bonus.

Job duties/expectations include:

  • Provide on-site implementation and consulting services for a variety of security products and services.
  • Requires the ability to perform the discovery necessary to learn the details of a customer environment and provide a strategic direction based on those findings.
  • Develop rapport and relationships with clients at all levels, creating a personal network within the client base.
  • Provide pre-sales support of active systems and vendors, working directly with our sales staff and customers.
  • Provide leadership by aiding in product research, following up on open issues and acting as an escalation point of contact.
  • Act as a technical mentor for other consultants and engineers.
  • Monitor customer communication and work with Support Center staff to follow-up on open issues and to communicate status of open tickets.
  • Communicate critical customer issues to management and/or escalation engineering staff.
  • Requires excellent written and communications skills as well as a technical background in security, programming and networking fundamentals.
  • Provides the opportunity to participate in multiple areas of the consulting role such as pre-sales, requirements collection, scope design and execution of implementation services as well as creation of project specific documents.
  • Candidates must also be willing to work with minimal supervision to accomplish the assigned tasks.

We currently have a long-term, residency position available near Providence and other open slots for experts that enjoy life "on the road". The latter are willing to be on the road as much as 75-100 percent of the time. Most of our projects are in '5-day-blocks' and are across the USA and Canada. Typically, you leave on Sunday night and come back Friday night (unless the project is longer and you want to stay the weekend).
